The Re-edition of "The Library of the Voice of the Law" has just begun!

There has never been such a series yet!

Economic importance of limited liability companies is how Professor Aleksander Doliński begun his book 100 years ago. As Professor Ernest Till noted, this work had preceded the Austrian-German literature on the subject.

The first volume of "The Voice of the Law Library" (Biblioteka Głosu Prawa) - Austrian Limited Liability Company Law (Austryackie prawo spółek z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością) - is a book that every lawyer who delves into the study of commercial law ought to know. Unfortunately, he does not have a chance to know it since only a few copies remain available.

The re-edition is published in a very small number of copies, in an exceptionally exclusive form that is reminiscent of the original from over 100 years ago. It is available for purchase at the Oficyna Allerhand or in the Economic Bookstore.

On Monday, May 24, we are going to talk about the book, its current relevance as well as about its author and the tradition of commercial law.
