Ethical Guidelines

The aim of the Editorial Board of "The Voice of Law" is to strengthen the journal as a leading publisher of scientific, practical and educational papers with a legal and economic profile, important not only for the Polish audience. Therefore, our priority is to take care of the quality of published materials, and thus all involved in the publication process: authors, journal editors, reviewers and the publisher are obliged to comply with binding ethical standards.

These standards are derived from the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (hereinafter: COPE), which are included in the Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors and in the COPE Ethical Guidelines for Peer Reviewers.

The ethical principles adopted by the editors of "The Voice of Law" are therefore based on COPE's Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors.

COPE diagrams in Polish available on the website of the C.H. Beck Publishing House.
