The position of the Act on Copyright towards expired rights

Another article by Maurycy Allerhand. It concerns an important issue in times of the Second Polish Republic, namely how the new Act on Copyright relates to copyrights that expired under previous regulations. Therefore, the author discusses the extension of the period of protection of those rights in relation to rights that did not have such protection.
