The oath of a pregnant woman among the Jews

The article is another presentation of the scholarly interests of Professor Maurycy Allerhand in the field of ethnology, and in this particular case of customary law and custom among the Jews, and its influence on legal practice, including court proceedings. This short and widely unknown text is based on Allerhand’s practice. Interestingly, it was created more or less at the time when the scientist's daughter Maria Anna (1896), and a little over a year later, his son Joachim Herman (1897) were born.
