Diverse nature of legal custody models in dealing with minors

Due to the complexity of tasks performed by a family probation officer in dealing with minors, there is not one, strictly defined model of legal custody. It depends not only on the tasks provided for by law, but also on the purpose of a given educational measure adopted by the probation officer to perform his/her tasks. Therefore, the model of legal custody in terms of individual measures depends on what kind of tasks fulfilled by the probation officer predominates.
