We are pleased to announce that an excellent dissertation entitled Ratio przedawnienia. Dylematy europejskiej tradycji prawnej, w świetle historyczno-porównawczej analizy prawa francuskiego i polskiego (Statute of limitations. Dilemmas of the European legal tradition in the light of the historical and comparative analysis of French and Polish law) by Dr Joanna Kruszyńska-Kola was awarded the first prize for the best doctoral dissertation defended in 2019 in the competition organized by the "Państwo i Prawo” (“The State and the Law") journal.
